A Note on Scripture quotations

Unless otherwise noted, Scripture quotations are from the NET Bible® copyright ©1996, 2019 by Biblical Studies Press, L.L.C. https://netbible.com. Used with permission. All rights reserved.

Scripture quotations marked (ESV) are from the ESV® Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version®), copyright © 2001 by Crossway, a publishing ministry of Good News Publishers. Used by permission. All rights reserved. This study quotes the ESV only where the NET’s rendering of a verse would hide something the session rightly draws from the Hebrew or from the New Testament’s own use of the verse; each session says why.
